four digit mug 1199 for the gallery

Records say: 1199 - Raised Circles Coffee Mug and I can't quite make out the year made, but it could be 1973 ....?

For some reason I think Dr Who when I look at it!   

Heheee and for some reason I don't think I've seen this one before and it's bugging me ^.^

Ev, what bugged me is that I saw the number "1199" used to refer to something else,
a vase I think, so I was expecting maybe a different number when it arrived and double-checked. The mark is as clear as they get and it certainly matches the description.
It's in mint condition, and the colour on the screen is a good match, dark gold with a hint of green.
I certainly hadn't seen it before so I jumped at it.
I now have three duplicate 1196s that came with it to get rid of.
Actually I may have a six-set of them going spare now,
which is how keen I was to have it!
