Gorgeous Chrysanthemum pattern is Black Orchid d89400
Thanks for sending this pattern to the site Fi. I love this pattern but it seems to scratch easily. I know it has Avondale on the base stamp, but I've never seen a pattern number for this.

Thanks to the Portage Ceramic Museum we now know the name for this fabulous pattern and it is Black Orchid d89400

There are a lot more listings using the names now, it seems many of the traders are also members here, good to see!

They don't need to be members to see a lot of the info on here, but I'm stoked that what is here is being used as a resource, as it makes all the effort worthwhile

And finally I found a side plate in this pattern. I saw a set in Warkworth about 15 years ago but wouldn't part with the asking price of $15 because of the Avondale Collection stamp as I didn't know who produced the Avondale Collection
