Mansion House Kawau Island & Klipper

More from Adriana's...This cup & saucer was found by divers underwater in Mansion House Bay in the 1970's  ...we use to go there on the boat when I was young Mum & Dad sat in the pub which looked out on the Pool where I played & wandered off looking for Wallabys! ....It was quite the party place for Boaties!   
Now it's a quiet Museum, it's sad really I liked the way it was!

11.5cmD unmarked Pin dish with Kawau Island. My pic doesnt show it well but its the same dark green colour as the Mansion House print above, so I'm certain its CL.  
The island map shows the Mansion House & Copper mine & to the right DESMA: ?
is that something to do with Maps??
Is there a Pat. No. for this?

I'm sure that the dish is Crown Lynn, but the writing looks like it's done by a novice and not the Crown Lynn team pro's.

I don't see any Kawau Island pattern name.

I will take it to our next gathering with those who know about this stuff..

Good idea Kat. I have memories of Wallabies there too. My uncle lived at School House Bay I can't think of any other handwritten patterns other than those Graffiti mugs and they are very professional.
