Crown Lynn Sapphire Teapot
http://www.trademe.co.nz/pottery-glass/porcelain-pottery/crown-lynn/other/auction-692001417.htm
The seller says this is SMALL at ONLY 14cm high,
and has no number on it's base.
The larger of the two vitrified teapots in the gallery
(the 1616) is just 10cm high, which makes this one bigger,
and a thus new shape, supposing it too is vitrified.
(I don't know where else to look than the vitrified 4-digits.)
Before that news came in I thought I didn't need it.
Now I'm not so sure.

1/2/14 update
Andrea, the seller, has told me that it's 11cm rather than 14 so I assume now that it is a 1616.
