and no unfortunately it's not made by Mirek Smisek... his mark is always inside a hexagon

You may be interested to know that a VERY early mark of the master potter was ms in a rectangle Ev.

Yes thanks cyrd, I'm aware of all of Mirek's marks now that I have his book 60 Years 60 Pots. Thanks for bringing this thread back to life as I'm sure I know who made this pot and will check it out.
