Thanks so much for suggesting this Maryr, as there is an eclectic mix of production ware and old amazing wares like Donald Duck and Poncho, humidors and animals. Thanks to everyone for sharing their photos.
I do have two questions regarding Lovatt's ....
http://newzealandpottery.forumotion.net/t3651-lovatt-s-jasper-ware-temuka
is this Temuka ware or Te Rona or just Lovatt?
Also this marbled bowl by Lovatt - is this Temuka or Te Rona or just Lovatt?

I would say that the answer would be in Gail Henry's book under Temuka ..... and I will check it out when I get a chance.

Re: A Temuka, NZI, Neeco Gallery has now been added.
Well Gail Henry was of no help, so I did an experiment and looked at all of the base markings for Lovatts and Te Rona that I could find. There appear to be three different styles - one with a rolling script, another with more conservative script and one that was printed rather than written. Oddly I found an R S Lovatt marking acknowledged and a C W Lovatt on another piece ..... so there must have been more than Thomas, Victor and Stanton making this ware....?
As they used Lovatts Temuka on the base even for a 1986 Halley's comet plate, I've decided to rename the Te Rona topic to Te Rona - Lovatt's which should cover everything.
