For some reason I put this pattern into the Patterns Gallery years ago and never made a thread about it. This week I had reason to wish that I had, so it's better late than never.
This pattern has some age to it with it's soft blue outer band and it's backstamp in lustres. I must measure it as I like the size to eat off and it seems larger than a luncheon plate. Edits to add that it is 9 inches across.

This pattern is in a 1962 Price List and mentions the following:
Litho - contemporary scroll centre litho with pale Teal wash band - one piece spray.
Cup 781 (Litho or Teal Colour Glaze); Saucer 805; Flatware 771/5", 8", 10".
Fruit Saucer 769, Coupe 767.
