Looking for a photo of just the bowl for Tootle Train, or Sally Anne or Pirate Pete please, as the Portage Trust tell us that it is shape 5029.

Here's Sally Anne, with and without the scary face! You do see this bowl around with other decorations sometimes - at least I have always assumed it's the same bowl.
