Is this a Titian F 154 vase? Empty Is this a Titian F 154 vase?

I have had this for years and just dug it out of a box.  I assume it's Titian as they had an 'F' series. It's quite imposing at 29 cm tall. I think the flowers are hand-painted.

I need three confirmations for this to go into the Titian Gallery please people, as the base letter and number look different to any other Titian one that I've seen.

The base does look different and I have not seen this flower pattern on a Titian piece before.
