Uranium Glass

Im a fan of this glass, recently I saw a lady with one of those blacklite torches, looking for glass that glows, must get one of those me thinks! 
anyway often this glass glows without a lite & you can just tell its Uranium glass..heres my small collection so far.. 
the orange bowl is marked Dannevirke Show 1937
in dark with black light.

Lovely stuff!
Kat, when you get a black light torch check out my a Dad's glass sometime.
Plenty of Vaseline amongst it.
Sandy will tell you where to get one.
Shopping with a black light torch makes sense as you'd be surprised what turns out to be uranium glass.

Its no good for shopping.. but we will need the 50cmL party light I just used,
for your collection Jeremy, a pen wont be big enough!

Sandy at the antique shop in Clyde St is a uranium glass enthusiast. She knows a lot and also has reference books.
