Spartan Lady figure and Lady lamp? Empty Spartan Lady figure and Lady lamp?

The lady looks like Manos Spartan lady's but his ones are bisque and painted mine is glazed. Did Spartan glaze their figures? Or could she have been modelled later on by Titian?

The lamp looks just like the lady figurine just a smaller version. Who manufactured these types of lamps in NZ? Or is she not from NZ? She came with an old NZ cable and plug which I removed to give her a good clean.
