Unsure, if they are striated ( could be?) but when I saw these on TM , I thought they matched the sugar-bowl - I have seen these in a shop months ago, but nothing to indicate what they are.

Sure, they're striped, Janice, but the body of the mugs appears smooth, like a typical 3050 etc.
