Gosh this mark looked so familiar and yet I can't find the blimmin thing!!
A tin glaze over terracotta clay, with such lovely brush work which is brighter and fresher in real life ....

You can just make out an inscribed E near the mark that has been painted on with oxide.

We only find a small percentage of overseas pottery here in New Zealand and most is from Australia.
