Do you think these are Ambrico egg cups?
They are like other Ambrico stuff i have had and are flawed in that they are not completely the same thickness and one has a firing flaw. One is crazed but they do appear to be old.
Cheers for any thoughts.

Re: Do you think these are Ambrico egg cups?
I have quite a bit of strw-coloured Ambrico tableware now, including a jug, various cups, saucers and plates, as well as a shaving mug and chamber pots in two sizes, so I have seen and handled a fair bit.
Ev said to hold off calling the jug Ambrico until I had better information then I found a match for it at Auckland Museum. Warning here: they do occasionally make mistakes.
On tm recently I saw step-sided eggcup that was called either Paris or Ambrico (can't find it now) and was sceptical about the attribution.
I have not seen Ambrico eggcups before but these do look like Ambrico from your photos and description.
Let's see what others have to say.
