I saw this and noticed that it was handpainted and on one of the photo references it said that this was a limited edition.  I will trip over it one day and add it to this thread Smile

Edits to say : Found it!!
15 sets were made in 1989 and this is the Modello ware range of shapes ...

Chris Harvey has some if these plates. He told me the sets were made for managers when CL closed.
