I wonder if anyone can identify the attached as Crown Lynn. Jug measures 15cm high by 15 cm wide. It reminds me of some of the lattice relief ginger cups and mugs of Crown Lynn ware of the 70's. The number also looks similar to CL numbering but the shape guide shows 472 as a round ashtray. The capital C ??? Sorry I am having trouble loading images. Can anyone provide contact details to guide me through??

Here are the photos that kitsch sent to the site and I would not hesitate to say that this is not Crown Lynn, but I have no idea who would have made it.
If you have any problems with loading pics kitsch please email me on the above site address and good luck.

The font of those numbers looks very familiar, I would say it is English, but I can't put my finger on the maker just now. Here is something similar though http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vintage-Pottery-Somerset-Cider-Jug-Flagon-Basket-Weave-Pattern-Original-Cork-/151538465347

I posted a photo of the same type of jug last year and wondered if it was made by Orzel. I didn't think that the circle on the base of mine was meant to mean anything other than a firing fault.
I saw another one recently in a second hand shop in Levin which had still had the cork.
I still don't know who made them.

Thanks to mumof1, haselnuss and ev for the comments. Clearly not Crown Lynn. I looked at the ebay ref sent by mumof1 and I think it is most likely English. cheers
