493 Vase which is similar to the 513 Slendour Specimen vase
This shape is no where to be found in the Crown Lynn records, so it was imperative that it be recorded. It is almost the same as the 513 Slender Speciman Vase, but that is 6 1/2" high and the 'leaf' decoration is a little different. This one is 16cm high which is around a quarter of an inch smaller than the 513. We have yet to find a 513, but I will post the Museum drawing of it for comparison. The number 493 is on the base, but it doesn't show very clearly in the photo. There was one other 493 listed on TM last year, so not seen very often.
