The first one is by Frank Light -

The 2nd one is probably a decoration stamp as it's on the inside of the bowl. Is there anything on the base?

The 3rd cup looks like it was slip cast, but how would one tell who made it?

All of the work I've seen that was made by Peter Shearer has had one of his marks on it.

There is nothing on the base of the bowl with the flower decoration.
