I don’t know if Margaret Mouat ever lived in the North but she did at least have a dealer up here. I was at Hangar Gallery today and Megan told me that a couple pieces she has for sale are Margaret’s work and came from the same dealer who had provided Hangar with a bunch of small Toby Stafford bowls I bought there for regular use.

Perhaps before my time in Whangarei but Kat might have a clue. The name sounded like Zeta, inasmuch as I think heard “Zira”.

In my tidy up I have found two Mouat mugs so far and expect I May find more.
