Green waif could be a 425 ?

I picked up a little yellow and brown one of these today..... for $5.
It's only 2 and three quarter inches high!
Looking at the Museum pics I think it's a 425.
What do your notes say about it Heather?

423 - 428 are all described as '3 in 1' minature vase
