Mystery object
I was sold this little dish as the lid of a Titian 1325 jar and although at 83mm diameter and 13mm height it almost fits it doesn't belong with it.

The clay body is or was white and my photos don't really do the glaze justice. Any suggestions what it is and who might have made it?
