In all respects this looks like a normal small beehive bowl, and quite white.

The has had the number etched into the glaze 706/1, and something else I can't read, maybe 7.50 brushed ? Narlic?. Would this have been a prototype or trial do you think? The inside is pitted, as if there were lots of little burst bubbles in the glaze that did not cover. Any ideas?

Perhaps a glaze trial piece? That's all that I can think of.
