Approx 30cm a nice handpotted vase Jim found & added to his collection..
Betty Coates Kerikeri as well as a BC mark..I assume this is her mark.

This mark is my grandmother, her name was Betty, but her mark was EBC Edith Betty Coates

She had a brother Len, who was also a Potter, they founded rewas village in kerikeri, they had a studio at peacock gardens, (the subdivision still bares the name...)

I don't have any of her pottery pieces, though I recognise them hands down, I do however have some porcelain pieces and also her kiln!!
