Re: Seventh Heaven is Tania Dalton
Hi Kat, on my post https://www.newzealandpottery.net/t3659-who-made-my-ufo-cup-lesley-towart?highlight=towart I had this kooky cup, and then I found something later, which i though was Lesleys, but wasn't marked, so I e-mailed her, and she was more than happy to talk about things pottery, even invited me to visit, so go for it!

Re: Seventh Heaven is Tania Dalton

I found these mugs the other day, some with gold around the top and some with none.

They all have the same marking as Kat's.
I asked Lesley Towart about them, and her reply was
"Hi Anne,
No, that's not me. It is similar but that logo is a T loosely painted
inside the triangle whereas my logo is touching the sides of the triangle
so that it forms these three letters: L A T as my middle name is Ann.
It's a small point of difference. Cheers, Lesley" - so we are no further ahead.

Re: Seventh Heaven is Tania Dalton
Kat & Co sent this info via David Huffman, that Seventh Heaven was Tania Dalton.
She lived at Maungakaramea up North and while there David made a cup for her and she made a mould from it.
This is the cup and her mark:

Thank you so much Kat and David Huffman as another mystery has been solved and it's just so awesome
