I am so happy to have found this vase. It is on page 158 in Gail Henry's second book on the tip shelve third vase from the left.
It has a washed out Paramount sticker on the front.

When looking for Val's lampbase shape in the Titian negatives I found this shape and number. P.V.108 Vase cheers
