Down Town Auckland and Wellington plates
Hi everyone,
Just wondering if someone could tell me the approximate value of both the Auckland and Wellington Down Town saucers?
Are they quite rare and sought after?
Many thanks

Re: Down Town Auckland and Wellington plates
Hi there, I haven't seen any saucers around for a while, but all of these map pieces are quite popular. No idea of price really as I've only seen them on Trade Me and they sell for what someone is prepared to pay on the day.
re Ev
Thank you Ev,
I guess you're right regarding the price.
Also, do you know the cup that should match the saucer?
Thanks again

That's a good question as there are a few different ones in the records. I will check them out when I get home tonight and let you know.

This 3622 vitrified cup in black is mentioned ...

and the Air New Zealand shape cup 3612 in Sun Gold, Teal, Oyster and Bronze. Probably each main centre had their own colour.
