Narvik Green d790
I found a catalogue today at the Portage Museum showing the earthenware Narvik d754 in charcoal and Narvik Green D790 all in Cook & Serve shapes.
I'm not sure that we have the correct shapes in the Gallery and would like to replace them with the Narvik Green pattern if possible.
Here is the list of shapes:
Ramekin 868
Casserole 2pt 869
Casserole 4 pt 870
Mustard 871
Salt & Pepper 872
Baker small 873
Baker medium 874
Baker large 875
Coffee Pot 876
Oval Side Salad 765/8
Oval Steak Plate 765/10
Oval Meat Plate 765/12
Cup 863
Saucer 739
Plate 5" 864/5
Plate 8" 864/8
Plate 10" 864/10
Sweet dish 866
Please note the cup and saucer Cook & Serve shapes.

Re: Narvik Green d790
Ev, the coffee pot in the gallery is correct:

Interesting to see that the cup and saucer to match is 863/739.
Something to look out for.
I'll have to find another cup pattern for a Cook & Serve green saucer.
I have watched a bit of Narvik Green go thru trademe recently Coffee pots and a 765 I think.

It's the right unique green colour. Not sure if that is how it should be or not.
Re: Narvik Green d790
What's the backstamp like?

Not that I can recall... I'll look on the hard drive and see what photos I have.
I have lots of narvik colours mainly sugar bowls and a charcoal tulip cup and saucer... and a blue dinner plate with no backstamp.
That's my lot for Narvik
