Annie Murray handpainted mug with mark

Handpotted mug with handpainted decoration by "Annie Murray".
10cm H, white stoneware or porcelain, foot ring, marked base
It was a bit of a trick seeing through the deco to tell whether this was handpotted or slipped, but I see finger marks (bands) on the inside. The decoration includes predominantly blues and greens depicting a pond scene with lily pads, frog, and dragonfly.
In dead google links (trademe) Annie Murray is associated with Over the Top Pottery, and Banks Peninsula.
Google and Pinterest give me Annie Murray at "Littleriver" ( ... Pottery?) in Christchurch in 1997. The dragonfly also appears in the work shown there.
