Dom and Sarah Steenstra also gave me scans of their father's drawings of his potters wheel. Thiis is a "kick wheel" potters wheel which he designed and made after he retired. Since I am a non-potter the Steenstras had to explain that the operator kicks the circular plate at the bottom to make the wheel turn. Hard work!
