Was Riviera used by Air New Zealand?
I see this auction lists a Riviera patterned cup and saucer as Air New Zealand http://www.trademe.co.nz/a.aspx?id=1061110894
Does anyone know if they used this pattern, or is the seller just confused? This is not the first time I have seen this pattern listed as such.

Re: Was Riviera used by Air New Zealand?
I have never seen Riviera as an Air NZ pattern. I remember Riviera in the Tutukaka Hotel in the late 1970s/early 1980s; I think it was just a general hotel ware pattern. Does anyone else have any thoughts?

Re: Was Riviera used by Air New Zealand?
Perhaps they were in use at an airport?
I have my doubts that this cup and saucer are even a matched pair.
The matter of differing dates (1967, 1969) could easily be explained by them coming from a source with multiple cups and saucers, but I do not recall seeing a 755 cup paired with a 4615 saucer before.
