Carrick Oliver tankard, salt pigs, vase

Brooke's Wilson tankard: Carrick Oliver yachting mug
Brooke Talbot-Titley bought this to give away.
A very nice present.

The small (6mm wide) potter's mark located at the base beneath the handle looks like a plain C in a circle or polygon but it's gotta be Co for Carrick Oliver. Just compare it with dollcrown's jug:

I wouldn't like to bet on that one Jeremy, as the shape and the glaze are not common for Carrick and the mark is illegible. Someone may recognise the work though hopefully.

Ta Ev.

Perhaps it was an overactive imagination at work on that mark.
