These were on the wall at this café, I am not sure what the top plate is, does anyone know?

I had to go and look for it as it was bothering me and found it without too much trouble.
It is Cadiz d346 and we don't have it in the Patterns Gallery, so I will try to use your photo to add it thanks Thelma.
