Colourway is a word that is foreign to me.
Where does it come from?
It's a glaze colour isn't it?
I've only seen that word used in regards to Crown Lynn ughhhh.

I actually looked up colourway today before writing. I have seen others use it here and have used it myself in the same context without actually knowing so I thought it time.
Colourway, in the dictionary definition used fabrics in particular, and by way of example, to illustrate the word colourway's meaning of one selection of colour or colour combination from the range available.
My intention here was to identify a selection of coloured glazes that I had not seen before in this way. I am getting pretty familiar with the Orzel tableware glazes, and the variations within each of the usual pairings (often) of coloured glazes, even if I actually have no idea how they are created.
