Wall pocket sold at Ballantynes,any ideas?
Picked this up a while back,it has an old Ballantynes sticker at the rear and am guessing is NZ Made.Reminds me of Molle',does anybody know who made this.Main body looks like a Chilli pepper but I have no idea what it is supposed to be?

It is interesting that this piece has a Ballantynes sticker. It has the appearance of being an Australian studio piece from the 1940s. I wonder if Ballantynes was able to import a few "fancy" things from Aussie during the war to fill the sudden gap resulting from nothing coming from the UK?
