I'm out of my depth here.
Kat suggests Wally Silva and having had a look around I am happy to agree.

Similar to another number 1 but measurements differ.

This looks like it has been decorated by Harwyn and they used blanks by Rancich/Silva and Glen Afton. The latter were slipcast.
