This is the same pattern as the one the we have in the Gallery that is called Melody d597 and this one has a rim band and is on Rimmed Shape ware, whereas the d597 pattern is on the Classique Ware and has two wide apart very thin bands. This pattern is in the Database, so it's great to mark another pattern off the list

That's my fault. .. I saw this pattern ages ago and took a photo. When I came to upload it the photo file was corrupted hence i lost the image...
So the other one without the brown line as Ev says we still need to find the name.
