Lidded casserole is made by ....?

The Ferret believes this is the mark of Paul Melser and someone else.
Personally I don't see this as Paul's work, especially the handle on the lid of the casserole and no matter how hard I look I cannot see an M under the P like the Ferret does.
What do you think and what do you see ?

Maybe African??
Looks like some kind of Abuja mark to me. Definitely be heading in this direction.
