Great to learn of Lawson’s beginnings through your post in January as I was the recipient of the clay studio he designed for the new College of Education in Dunedin at the time. He was never able to use this space which I utilised for 6 years and was always grateful for that! He’d been an art lecturer when I trained as a teacher 11 years prior to this
