I'm pretty sure that this reads ARA which and is the Auckland Regional Authority logo, but I can't confirm this thought. Can somebody confirm this please?

I don't remember this one being an Auckland Regional Authority logo.

On closer inspection the first "A" looks like it may be an "F". A "Y" at a stretch.
There is a cutout bottom right and a notch above it.
If it was an A it would just be a triangle.

It is not the ARA logo as I know it.
