Very bright colours and a very nice size:

This is a Crown Lynn Modello Gravy Boat and stand shape and we think that Steiner bought unglazed pieces when Crown Lynn closed down. I've seen quite a few now, so I guess we should add this to his Gallery.

Well, that explains the familiarity of the stamp "Made in New Zealand".

Re: Bob Steiner & Sharyn Maude - Sauce boat on platter
It’s my mug now! Thanks Hannele.
I brought my other (old) Steiner mugs out to compare.
Nicole said this was her preference. Mine too.
I was interested to note that this one is both a bit shorter and a lot lighter, thinner walled, than the others, Almost delicate. (It is still well taller than the cups.)
If anyone else has old patterns like this, especially with just a Bob Steiner Mark, then I would be keen to see, and maybe to buy.

Hi Jeremy,
I am so glad it found a good home, where it is appreciated. Have fun with it!
