Frank Hakkaart, West Melton Pottery
I went to the 2018 WoolFeast yesterday, to indulge my yarn addiction. While there I bought a yarn bowl. The sticker on the bubble wrap said "West Melton Pottery" and the mark on the bowl is FH. A quick Google told me this must be Frank Hakkaart. So here are the bowl and mark:

It is very well made and when tapped it rings like a gong. It will be used extensively.
