Crown Lynn fakes

So what was the police outcome then..never mentioned but people still getting trashed on Trademe for basic McAlpine jugs (not the expense of th blue)and look fine to us.Obviously some paranoia out there or fodder for trolls.

Last I heard was that a prosecution was taking place by the Henderson Police, but nothing since. The Police even contacted me !! The fallout will be long lasting however and must be expected as there will be fakes still circulating.

So is there anyone from the forum or local experts who are willing to authenticate then?..not being cheeky as respect you well,but people seem to be able to dispel without anyone to quantify EV...we have always got advice from Manos.Not sure the average cop,all due respect knows much about ceramics.

When they first found the fakes, the police contacted me and Ev and the Crown Lynn museum. I understand they have been collating information from people who bought or were offered fakes. I have not heard anything for a while but I am confident that they they are trained investigators who are good at finding out the info they need. I just hope there is enough evidence to suport a prosecution.
