This hand made vase was in a box lot of mostly Crown Lynn Shapes decorated by Salisbury, however this has an impressed 15 on the base which indicates that it was made at the Rancich/Silva Pottery.
The decoration is rather special though it probably is a transfer and it has a Salisbury sticker on it.
We didn't have this shape and number in the Rancich/Silva Gallery.
