Looks exactly like DB, that must be it! Thanks so much, there was no way I was going to figure that out on my own!

He was a notable Potter and you don't see his work very often.
Edits to add that the WP could refer to the Porcelain that was used.
Perhaps Walker Ceramics porcelain from Australia, as that was used by many at one time.
