The glaze was very shiny and looked like glaze rather than the Salisbury-style paint.
I don't think it is Salisbury but maybe Oakpot can help??

This bamboo vase no 650 has not been decorated by Royal Oak. In view of the crazing it must have been a special run by the Crown Lynn factory.
