In the Museum notes there is pattern listed as ( deco 25 ENVRNPENHLD )

I had a moment of  Suspect and thought could this translate to ( Environmental pen holder? )

Ev said yes !!

on The FB skite site Di Jensen posted a photo of one.
Just waiting for permission then I'll update the galley -- yay  another pattern mystery solved
