Hi, not a strictly "is this CL" question, but can someone clarify this for me please - is the colour the only difference between the patterns Pageant and Orsino?

Yes that's correct.
They are both on the Coupe shaped ware.

There is another pattern called Ormond Brown on Clover d243 that has the same design, but has a Clover (warm speckled) backgroud. We don't have it yet on the site.
