I read in a thread on Aunty google that Royal Grafton pottery may have been connected to crown lynn. Anybody enlighten me on this piece

This stamp was used before Ceramco bought the company.

Forgive my ignorance, is this piece made in NZ, was it by the crown lynn factory under a different name
