Scallop shell vase
i thought it maybe Titian from the glaze colour, and the base is matt but numbered so im confused x

Thanks, is it glazed or painted?
Titian never made this shape, only Crown Lynn and Spartan.
Spartan didn't have a number and had a flat base.
Crown Lynn made many for Royal Oak to decorate with paints.
