Re: Celeste d371 for the gallery
I have an extended dinnerset in this pattern but it's called Herald d239
My bowls have a rim unlike these bowls.
It seems to be that different shaped pieces required different names!
If you get my drift ....?

Re: Celeste d371 for the gallery
This listing shows the Celeste cups and saucers and this pattern is in the Museum Crown Lynn Patterns book. Sadly the numbers for the cups and saucers are cut off in my photo, but it looks like the cup could be 3038 and the saucer 4029.
Could you confirm this please Janice and then we can put the 3038 to rest at last!!

Re: Celeste d371 for the gallery
Thanks Janice, now I'm off to find a 3038 to put into the Gallery
Edits to add that the cup like the 3038 with the rounded handle is still a mystery.

Re: Celeste d371 for the gallery
I think we should should put a rounded handle cup up and call it "3038 mystery" and link it back to the thread -- LOL

Sheesh the description doesn't fit the cup does it.
That description is for the rounded handle cup.
I'm giving up right now and leaving the cup as it is.
We need to find a pattern that uses the rounded handle that is in the Museum Patterns Book so that we can cross check!
